Buyer Journeys

Real buyers rarely ask one question. They ask, then follow up, then narrow down. A journey replays that whole conversation against each model and shows you the turn where your brand drops out.

Create one

  1. Name it after the situation, such as “Evaluating a CRM”.
  2. Pick a buyer persona, or create one on the spot.
  3. Write 2 to 6 turns: the follow-up questions a buyer would ask, in order.
  4. Choose the models, save, then click Run.

Each turn is asked in order, carrying the earlier answers as context. You get a transcript per model with each turn marked mentioned or absent, and a summary: Retained, or Drops at turn 3.

Reading the resultThe drop-off turn is the useful part. Surviving the opening question but vanishing once the buyer asks about price, or integrations, or your industry, tells you exactly which page on your site is not doing its job.

Journeys cost credits

Every turn is a real question to every model, and each answer costs 1 credit. A 6-turn journey across 4 models is 24 answers, so 24 credits. Run them deliberately rather than on a schedule; the page shows what each journey has cost.
