Your first day

A new workspace starts with a short setup: you give Visibian your brand name and website, and it drafts your profile, competitors, and starter questions for you. You review everything before anything is saved.

Set up your workspace

  1. Enter your workspace or brand name and your domain.
  2. Choose your main market and the language your questions should be asked in.
  3. Leave Brand Intelligence switched on. Visibian reads your website and fills in your profile, competitors, and a set of starter questions. Switch it off if you would rather type everything yourself.
  4. Click Create workspace. It takes under a minute.
Read it before you saveThe draft is a starting point, not an answer. Correct the wording, drop questions that do not sound like your buyers, and add the ones it missed. Fifteen minutes here saves weeks of collecting answers to the wrong questions.

Write questions the way a buyer would

“Best CRM for a 10-person sales team” works far better than your product’s name. The questions your customers type are the questions worth tracking.

Add competitors, and their other names

Add each rival brand, then the other spellings people use under Aliases, such as “Coca-Cola” and also “Coke”. Without the alias, an answer that says “Coke” does not count as a mention.

Record a few brand facts

A brand fact is something about you that must be right: a price, a plan name, a promise. Start with 5 or 6 that would embarrass you if an assistant got them wrong. They power Hallucination Watch.

Then give it a fortnight

AI answers wobble from day to day. A trend over 2 weeks means something; one bad day rarely does.
