Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is not used to train or tune any model, ours or anyone else’s. Your headline numbers are computed from your own portfolio’s answers only, and nothing is sold. Your data has the detail.
What happens to my data when I close my account?
It stays as long as your account does, and everything attached to it is deleted within 90 days of closure. A deleted portfolio is removed for good after 30 days. Until then, support can restore it, so a mistaken click can be undone.
How is Visibian different from other AI visibility tools?
A score tells you where you stand and stops there. Visibian answers the questions behind it: why the AI skipped you, whether it is telling the truth about you, and whether your work moved the numbers.
Can I trust the numbers?
That is the point of the product. AI answers move around on their own, so a jump on a chart can mean nothing at all. Visibian is built to tell a real change from a coincidence, and it tells you plainly which one you are looking at.
Do I need to install anything on my site?
No. No code, no tracking pixel, no ticket to your IT team. Connect the analytics you already use, and Visibian ties AI answers to the real visitors they send you.
How often are the questions asked?
Daily or weekly, whichever the portfolio is set to and the plan allows. Home tells you when the next collection is due.
Why did my visibility change when I changed nothing?
AI models update themselves. If the chart shows a dashed line on that day, the model shifted for every Visibian customer at once. It was not you. Otherwise, check Answer Drift to see whether the answers themselves were rewritten.
Does a client need an account to read my report?
No. Both the live link and the fixed report open in any browser, with no sign-in. A shared report holds totals and charts for that one brand. Your questions, the full answers, and every other portfolio stay private.
Can I stop a link I already sent?
Yes. Delete it on the Client report page and it stops working at once.
Can I chart Visibian in Data Studio or Looker Studio?
Yes, on the Studio, Growth, and Network plans. Looker Studio has been called Data Studio since April 2026, and the connector page shows how to set it up.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
It stays. Questions, competitors, facts, and past results are untouched. Only how much runs each day changes, and it all comes back if you move up again.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your balance until they are used.
Why does a fact still have flags after I corrected it?
Flags record what an assistant said at the time. They are history, so they remain. Future checks use your new value.
Can I give a client a login to their brand only?
Yes. Invite them as View-only and limit their access to that portfolio. They will not see anything else in the workspace.
