Sources that disagree about you
A model learns part of what it believes about a brand from 3 sources it reads directly. They are your brand profile, the company description your website publishes for machines, and the public knowledge graph. When they disagree, the disagreement reaches answers everywhere, and keeps reaching them long after your website is corrected.
What gets compared
The 3 sources are compared on the fields where a disagreement does damage: the company name, the description, and the website address. An old company name, still carried by one of them, reaches answers daily.

Only real conflicts
A field one source does not carry is silence, not a contradiction. Reporting it as one would bury the real conflicts under noise. And no knowledge-graph entry at all is recorded as a fact, not a fault: most brands should not try to force one, and the ways people try end badly.
